You may choose to apply your security deposit toward the cancellation fees. If not, our standard deposit refund policy and schedule will apply.

Note: In the event of a cancellation, the lease will terminate at the end of the next billing cycle.

The service fee covers third-party online services, including applications, lease generation, and related transactions. This fee is  non-refundable , regardless of deposit or rent refunds or the timing of the cancellation request.
